With a Master's in Service Design from Royal College of Art, I am passionate design advocate and strategist and skilled service designer. I am a motivated individual who loves using design to make impactful experiences in different situations.

 

Being an international student and professional has allowed me to explore diverse contexts and cultural backgrounds, which has broadened my outlook and inspired my creative thinking. With experience in human-centered design principals and service design tools and methods, I strive to create solutions that not only meet users' needs but also support the goals of the organization.

Previously, as a User Experience Designer at Carelon Global Solutions, I led impactful initiatives such as creating the 'Design Operations Framework', streamlining processes and fostering team collaboration to set a benchmark for delivery excellence. Additionally, as a UX Designer, I provided crucial support to the design team, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and usability across all platforms and design solutions.
 

With strong communication skills, I excel in conveying complex ideas and fostering productive collaboration among team members and stakeholders alike. My adaptability allows me to thrive in fast-paced environments, where I can quickly pivot and innovate to meet evolving project needs. Coupled with my strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, I'm equipped to tackle challenges head-on and deliver impactful solutions that drive results.
 

Outside of work, I'm an space and science enthusiast, music lover, and crazy fan of cats. With a passion for design and a commitment to excellence, I'm eager to continue making a positive impact in the world of design and beyond. Let's create something extraordinary together!
